BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The City of Beckley has announced a Special Meeting session of the city’s Common Council at which potential employment terms of the City Manager position will be discussed.
Announced by way of notice from Interim City Manager for the City of Beckley, Ann Worley, the session is scheduled to take place at 5:00pm on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at Beckley City Hall located a 409 S. Kanawha Street in Beckley, WV.
City officials have indicated the likelihood that city officials will enter into Executive Session during the meeting to discuss the terms.
The session will mark nearly a month to the day since Worley was sworn in by Judge Dimlich last month as Interim City Manager.
