BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Beckley Concert Association has announced the scheduled performance lineup for its upcoming 2023-2024 season.
The season will get underway with an August 24, 2023 performance featuring Mark & Maggie O’Conner, and will run all the way through April with a series of exciting performances encompassing a variety of genres including country, soul, pop, rock, jazz, and more.
Season memberships along with individual performance tickets can be purchased online from the Beckley Concert Association website at https://www.beckleyconcerts.com/. Requests can be made for an order form to facilitate mail-order.
Season Memberships will run concertgoers $50, and will cover attendance for all six scheduled shows. Seniors will be eligible for a discount, and all students will be granted attendance free of charge with a registered member.

Sunday, September 24, 2:30pm A Jazz Double Header with The West Virginia Jazz Orchestra & Vince Lewis Trio
Sunday, October 29, 6pm A Portrait of Aretha – talented vocalist CeCe Teneal honors the legacy of the Queen of Soul with personalized interpretations of both popular and lesser-known songs from this 18-Grammy-Award-winning icon’s 50-year career!
Monday, December 18, 7pm New River Youth Symphony Orchestra. This is a BCA Philanthropic Community Event Free to the Public, not just for our members. – The New River Youth Symphony is a full orchestra, with strings, winds, and percussion. The orchestra will perform a variety of music, including classical, Americana, and Christmas.
Sunday, February 11, 6pm BCA Celebrates the 60th Anniversary of The Beatles appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show with BritBeat – A Beatles Tribute Show spanning the various phases of the Beatles career.
Sunday, March 17, 6pm Nic + Desi – A Broadway themed show from 2 of New York’s notable theatre performers.
Sunday, April 14, 2:30 pm BCA’s Big Spring Thing. The afternoon begins in the Lobby with Traditional Country music by Josie Award winning Thomas Taylor Band and a special appearance by “Barney Fife” At 3 pm the Festivities continue in the Auditorium with a concert by Rik Roberts, a Family Friendly Comedian from Nashville. After Intermission, the wildly talented musical comedy act, formerly a staple in Branson, MO, now out of Nashville, The Cleverlys, will wrap up the afternoon.
