BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man faces charges after he exposed himself on East Main St. in Beckley, near the YMCA.
According to witnesses, Dakota Hawkins was naked and exposing himself. When police arrived, Hawkins was asked if he had any weapons, to which he said no. Â Police later found a pocketknife and a plastic container with a strip of Suboxone.
Police asked Hawkins if he had any more illegal drugs on him, and he said he had a joint at his feet—the marijuana weight around .91g.
Hawkins was charged with indecent exposure and possession of controlled substances. He is currently in Southern Regional Jail under a 4,000 dollar bond.
