BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Beckley man faces sexual assault charges for an incident that occurred back in January.
According to West Virginia State Police, on Saturday, January 23, 2021, a 16-year-old victim was sexually assaulted by Tristan Ryan Garrison, 22, of Beckley, when he forcibly performed sexual intercourse on the victim while he held her down. Â The victim did not consent to act.
The alleged incident occurred on Barber Avenue.
Garrison is currently out on bond.
