FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Beckley man faces sexual abuse and incest charges out of Fayette County.
According to court documents, Chad Eldredge, 35, alleged to have sexually abused a minor living with him. The alleged sexual abuse occurred back in 2015 and continued through 2020. He sexually abused the child on more than 20 different occasions. The victim told authorities that he would get high using heroin, then force her to do sexual activities.
When police interviewed Eldredge, he said the child was making up all the allegations.
Eldredge is charged with two counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian, or person in a position of trust in relation to a minor child, two counts of second-degree sexual assault, two counts of incest, and one count of gross child neglect creating the risk of serious bodily injury.
He is currently in Southern Regional Jail under a 150,000 dollar bond.
