MERCER COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Mercer County man faces sexual abuse charges.
According to court documents, Donal Ray White, 31, of Bluefield, was watching two children under the age of twelve while his fiance was picking up her mother from work. The fiance called White, but he didn’t answer. The fiance then accessed the surveillance camera from her phone, which showed White standing near her child naked and flipping her upside down in the air.
When detectives interviewed White, he said, “it happened.”
White is charged with sexual abuse and attempt to commit a felony.
