BOONE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Boone County Sheriff’s Office has released its arrest report for July 2026, listing 34 arrests involving charges ranging from drug offenses and domestic violence to grand larceny and probation violations.
Chief Deputy Mark Abbott released the monthly report, which includes the following arrests:
- Marty Butcher, 42, of Nellis — three counts of possession with intent to deliver.
- Acie Merritt, 27, of Gordon — unlawful restraint and domestic assault.
- Edward Moore, 60, of Jeffrey — child abuse resulting in injury and domestic battery.
- Chloe Derrick, 26, of Charleston — simple possession.
- Jessica Bryant, 38, of Danville — simple possession and DUI.
- Woodrow Webb, 57, of Seth — simple possession, receiving and transferring stolen property and petit larceny.
- Eric Flecher, 40, of Lake — simple possession.
- Michael Green, 52, of Julian — simple possession.
- Shawn Robb, 36, of Madison — home confinement violation, disorderly conduct and destruction of property.
- Stephen Mullins, 48, of Twilight — receiving and transferring stolen property, petit larceny and conspiracy.
- Amanda Massey, 49, of Seth — financial exploitation of an incapacitated adult and obtaining by fraudulent schemes.
- Preston Newsome, 31, of Madison — obtaining under false pretenses.
- Jonathan Daniels, 29, of Van — probation violation and obstructing an officer.
- Jennifer Heater, 49, of Madison — assault and battery.
- Millard Gillespie, 50, of Barrett — battery and trespassing.
- Colmons Foster Jr., 33, of Seth — joyriding.
- Joseph Kinder, 51, of Charleston — disorderly conduct.
- Jonathan Weekley, 38, of Huntington — bench warrant.
- Blake Burgess, 26, of Elkview — grand larceny and receiving and transferring stolen property.
- Jeremy Fields, 48, of Charleston — grand larceny and destruction of property.
- Anthony Harris, 33, of Chapmanville — two counts of domestic assault and trespassing.
- Tonya Green, 35, of Gordon — domestic assault.
- Sue White, 57, of Madison — falsely reporting an emergency and obstructing.
- Phillip Pauley, 48, of Sissonville — grand larceny and destruction of property.
- Robert Harmon, 65, of Chapmanville — assault.
- Chasity Surgoine, 47, of Jeffrey — petit larceny and assault.
- Jasmine Lee, 28, of Danville — obstructing.
- Bobby Frye, 55, of Danville — obstructing.
- Christian Ball, 28, of Danville — conspiracy.
- Avrey Turley III, 27, of Ashford — third-offense driving suspended and driving revoked for DUI.
- Christopher Marcum, 48, of Ottawa — third-offense driving suspended.
- Beverly Miller, 51, of Danville — driving suspended and no insurance.
- Chloe Derrick, 27, of Charleston — three counts of capias.
- James Fowler, 42, of Julian — capias.
The Boone County Sheriff’s Office noted that all individuals charged with crimes are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
