Webster County 72, Greater Beckley 70
Upper Glade – Greater Beckley came up just short Tuesday, falling 72-70 to Webster County in a Class A Region 3 co-final in Upper Glade.
The game was tied at halftime and after three quarters with Webster doing just enough to fend off the Crusaders.
Greater Berkeley’s Keegan Davidson led all scorers with 21 points in the loss while Aaron Hall added 14.
Webster placed five in double figures led by Rayden Triplett’s 17.
The Highlanders have earned the No. 4 seed in the body state tournament and will face No. 5 James Monroe on Wednesday at 9 p.m.
