Ravenswood 54, Chapmanville 53 (OT)
Charleston – Noah Dawson split a pair free-throws with seven seconds left in overtime to lift Class AA No. 6 Ravenswood past No. 3 Chapmanville 54-53.
The Tigers held an 11-point lead at the break before the Red Devils took the lead with a 20-6 advantage in the third quarter.
Ravenswood led by three in the extra session, but Sam Miller pulled Chapmanville even with a long ball with 17 seconds left to play.
Dawson was fouled on the next possession setting up his game winner. The Tigers failed to convert on the final possession.
Beau Bennett led the Red Devils with 22 points and Logan Alfred added 13. Evan Swain collected 11 rebounds and Greyson Keen had 10.
Zion Blevins had 17 points and eight rebounds for Chapmanville. Drew Berry added 10.
Ravenswood will play the winner of No. 2 Charleston Catholic and No. 7 Trinity Friday at 9 p.m.
