Charleston – Zycheus Dobbs and Desean Goode paved the way Thursday afternoon as No. 2 Fairmont Senior cruised to a 71-27 win over No. 7 North Marion at the Charleston coliseum and Convention Center.
With the win the defending champion Polar Bears returns to the Class AAA semifinals where they’ll face No. 6 Elkins on Friday at 9 p.m.
Dobbs led the charge with 24 points on 9 of 10 shooting while Goode scored 14 points and grabbed 16 rebounds.
Harley Sickels led North Marion with six points in the loss.
