BARBOURSVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Huntington Mall is preparing to welcome a new retailer next year as Build-A-Bear Workshop plans to open a location at the shopping center.
According to an announcement from mall officials, the popular stuffed animal retailer is expected to open in mid-2027 near the mall’s center court.
The new store will occupy approximately 1,500 square feet of retail space next to Reed’s Jewelers.
Build-A-Bear Workshop allows customers to create personalized stuffed animals by selecting from a variety of characters and customizing them with different sounds, scents and stuffing levels.
Customers can also participate in the process of stuffing and completing their animals before taking them home.
An exact opening date has not yet been announced.
