Last season we made some changes to the Player of the Week voting that carried over to this year. Previously the fan poll was used as a tiebreaker if necessary. The last two years the top vote getter each week earned a spot in our final poll of the season – The Community Choice Player of the Year.
With all 11 Player of the Week polls finalized and in the books it’s time for the community to cast a vote for one final winner. The winner of this Community Choice poll will be invited to the Lootpress Sports Banquet where they will be honored and receive a $500 scholarship.
For clarification, this DOES NOT reflect the Lootpress Offensive and Defensive Player of the Year winners, who will be chosen by the Lootpress sports writers. The candidates for this poll are strictly the ones who were the top vote getters during the week they were nominated for a POTW award and the winner of this award will be decided by total votes alone.
The poll will conclude on Sunday, March 17 at 11:59 p.m.
