Cast your vote for the Week 7 Kanawha Valley Baseball Player of the Week!

The Lootpress Player of the Week Award sponsored by Dutch Miller, has arrived in the Kanawha Valley!

Below are the candidates for the seventh week of the prep baseball season. Voting will close Wednesday, May 15 at 11:59 P.M. The fan vote will be used in the event of a tie. VOTES ALONE DO NOT DETERMINE THE WINNER. There are also changes to the Player of the Week voting pertaining to the top overall vote getter that you can read about here.

If the top vote getter has already won a community choice poll, the next leading vote getter who has not won will be named that week’s community choice winner.

Moving forward, votes found to be obtained using an extension, bot or any other automated service will be subtracted from the final tally.

In order for a player to be eligible or nominated, the stat keeper or coach must allow us access to their GameChanger statistics. The email to allow is [email protected].

Please note that this poll is for games played from April 29 to May 4 but was delayed to run alongside the softball polls which included the final sectional games. This will be the final Player of the Week poll of the season. The Community Choice poll, which takes all of the Community Choice winners into a final poll for a $500 scholarship will launch later this week after this POTW poll finalizes.
