CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Charleston Convention & Visitors Bureau announced a photo contest focusing on outdoor recreation in Kanawha County. The public is encouraged to share images from favorite outdoor adventures, including but not limited to hiking, biking, fishing, trail running, kayaking, and boating. To qualify, photos must be of outdoor recreation activities in Kanawha County.
The photo contest takes place April 30 through June 30. Prizes will be awarded for the top three photos. The First-Place winner receives an outdoor-themed gift basket with a $100 local gift certificate/card. Second place scores a $50 local gift certificate/card, and third place wins a $25 local gift certificate/card.
A winner will be chosen within 15 days of the contest end date, as long as at least 20 photos have been submitted. Winners will be selected by the Charleston CVB.
