CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Charleston Police Department Criminal Investigation Division (CID) requests assistance from the public in locating Izak Michael Surface, 21 years old, of Charleston.
Surface is currently a person of interest in the homicide investigation of Lora Farley that occurred on January 18th, 2024, in the 1600 block of Chandler Drive.
