BLUEFIELD, WV (LOOTPRESS)– The City of Bluefield will support local veterans and military officers by giving free admission to a Bluefield Ridge Runners baseball game.
Veterans can watch the Bluefield Ridge Runners at Bowen Field on Friday, July 2, 2021. The Ridge Runners will play the Pulaski River Turtles. Sponsors for this event are Cole Harley-Davidson, King Tire, and American Legion Riley Vest Post 9.
The event is free to all active duty, retired servicemen and women, veterans, and immediate family.
Reservations are required to receive a free ticket. The night will start with an opening ceremony at 6:10 pm and a game starting at 6:30 pm.
To reserve tickets, contact 304-888-1718 or 304-327-2401 ext—2415 with your name, the number of tickets needed, and branch of service. The reservation includes a game ticket and a meal ticket, including a hot dog, soft drink, fries or chips, and dessert.
