PRINCETON, WV (LOOTPRESS) —The City of Princeton has finalized a $4 million bond issuance for its Wavepool Project, which will be matched with an additional $475,000 of City funds.
These monies represent the entire estimated cost of the project, with anticipated construction set to begin in the coming months. First Community Bank originated the bonds and has worked closely with City leadership to navigate the lending process.
This project could not have been realized without the personalized financial assistance provided by First Community Bank and the generous land donation given through the Preservati Family Charitable Trust Foundation for the Wavepool facilities to be built upon.
