“The City of Welch is heartbroken to share the passing of our own Team Welch member, Jason Grubb. Jason was an important part of the community and has worked tirelessly to grow opportunities and offerings in the City of Welch. More details on his arrangements and obituary will be shared later, but the city office will be closed tomorrow in honor of Jason. Thank you for your understanding.”
Grubb leaves behind four children and a wife.
