SUMMERS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A search warrant executed Monday led to the arrest of two individuals and the seizure of narcotics and multiple firearms, according to the Summers County Sheriff’s Department.
On March 16, 2026, deputies carried out a search warrant at a residence on Big Creek Road as part of an ongoing investigation. Authorities say the operation resulted in the arrests of Teresa Diane Holland and Thomas Clayton Holland.
During the search, investigators reportedly discovered several types of narcotics along with multiple firearms inside the residence.
Teresa Diane Holland is facing multiple felony charges, including:

Two counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine

Delivery of Fentanyl

Possession with Intent to Deliver Fentanyl

Possession with Intent to Deliver Hydrocodone

Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine

Neglect of an Incapacitated Adult
Thomas Clayton Holland has been charged with:

Neglect of an Incapacitated Adult

Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm
Officials have not released additional details regarding the quantity of drugs or the circumstances surrounding the neglect charge.
Deputy L.A. Harvey is leading the investigation.
Both individuals were taken into custody following the search. Authorities remind the public that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
