FAYETTEVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A crash at a busy Fayetteville intersection shut down part of U.S. 19 for several hours early Thursday morning.
According to the Fayetteville Fire Department, crews responded to the crash at the intersection of U.S. 19 and Route 16/Court Street around 6:30 a.m. Thursday.
Town and county law enforcement also responded to the scene as traffic was disrupted while crews worked to clear the crash and make the area safe.
No injuries were reported.
The Fayetteville Fire Department thanked drivers who slowed down while emergency personnel worked at the scene.
