GREENBRIER COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Westbound lanes of Interstate 64 near Dawson are closed following a motor vehicle accident, according to Greenbrier County Homeland Security & Emergency Management.
Officials issued a traffic advisory Friday evening reporting that I-64 West is shut down near mile marker 150.4 while emergency crews respond to the crash.
No information about injuries or how long the closure is expected to remain in place has been released.
Motorists are urged to avoid the area and seek alternate routes until the roadway reopens.
