FAIRLEA, WV (LOOTPRESS) – For those looking to savor the authentic taste of West Virginia, the “West Virginia Grown Country Store” at the State Fair of West Virginia is a must-visit.
Operated by the West Virginia Department of Agriculture (WVDA), this store showcases food and drink products from vendors across the state during the Fair’s 10-day run.
Agribusiness owners from across West Virginia are on hand to offer samples and share the stories behind their products.
The store is located in the West Virginia Building annex and is open each day of the fair from 9 AM-7 PM.
The Fair, which attracts around 160,000 visitors annually, provides these local companies with significant exposure.
Many fairgoers return year after year, drawn by the unique flavors and products available at the Country Store.
