FAYETTEVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Fayette County Commission has announced the 2024 General Election Canvass for Fayette County.
The announcement came from the Fayette County Commission on Wednesday following the conclusion of General Election. It has been indicated that the canvass will take place next week at the Fayette County Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Building located at 200 W Maple Avenue.
The session will get underway at 9:00am on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, and will adhere to a brief agenda featuring the following items:
Pledge of Allegiance
Oath of Office
Canvass
The commission has indicated that the 2024 General Election Canvass session, unliked Regular Session meetings of the Fayette County Commission, will not be broadcast to the public digitally through Zoom.
