FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Fayette County Humane Society is asking for the public’s help in identifying individuals involved in an animal abandonment case.
In a recent social media post, the organization expressed frustration over repeated incidents of animals being left on their property, particularly after hours.
The Humane Society reminded the public that abandoning animals is both illegal and dangerous for the animals involved.
“If you know the individuals in the photo, please contact us immediately,” the post read.
The organization emphasized that animal abandonment is punishable by law and urged the community to report any information that could help ensure the safety and well-being of animals in their care.
