FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Fayette County man has been arrested and is facing charges related to sexual abuse.
Court records show that Dakota Dell Crist, 33, of Fayette County, was arrested on Monday, August 11, 2025. A warrant for his arrest was issued on August 8th. Crist is facing four counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian and four counts of 2nd-degree sexual assault.
Crist is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a $250,000 bond.
He is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on August 19th, at 9:45 am in front of Richard Pannell.
