MONTGOMERY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Montgomery man is facing multiple charges after police say he forced his way into a residence he had previously been told not to enter.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Fayette County Magistrate Court, Montgomery Police responded to a report of property destruction and trespassing at a residence on Fourth Avenue in Montgomery at approximately 2:32 p.m. on June 25.
