HICO, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Fayette County man faces domestic battery charges.
According to officials, on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, a female victim stated that when she got her, Donald Hudspeth had been drinking and started complaining because she was not home when he got home with dinner ready for him. Â She said Hudspeth began to yell and got more heated. Â Hudspeth threw a bag but missed the victim. Â The suspect knocked on her head with his knuckles and then grabbed both of her arms and pulled them straight down, trying to make her get on her knees.
Hudspeth is charged with domestic battery. Â He is currently out on a 1,500 dollar bond.
