FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Fayette County man has been arrested on a slew of sexual abuse and child abuse charges.
According to online court records, Stanley Dale Hoyle, 36, was arrested on April 14, 2026, on numerous felony charges. West Virginia State Police Trooper Kason W. Keffer was the lead investigator.
Hoyle is facing 3 counts of incest, 3 counts of sexual abuse by parent, guardian, or custodian, 3 counts of child abuse by parent, guardian, custodian, or person in a position of trust, causing bodily injury, and 3 counts of first-degree sexual abuse – forcible compulsion.
He has a preliminary hearing scheduled on April 22, 2026, at 10:15 am with Danita Young.
He has been given a 150,000 dollar bond. He is currently in Southern Regional Jail.
