FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Fayette County man has been arrested for sexual assault and sexual abuse.
According to court records, Delbert Keith Davis, 24, was arrested on Wednesday, March 10, 2026. He is accused of one count of 1st-degree sexual assault and one count of 2nd-degree sexual abuse.
He is being held in Southern Regional Jail on a $ 20,000 bond.
He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on March 17, 2026.
