FAYETTEVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Fayette County Schools is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to provide school traffic control and campus security services for the 2026-2027 school year at the Oak Hill Campus.
According to the school system, services will be provided from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on days when students are in attendance.
Responsibilities for the selected vendor include directing vehicular traffic entering and exiting campus, assisting with safe pedestrian crossings, managing bus and parent drop-off traffic patterns, maintaining orderly traffic flow, assisting school administration with student arrival procedures, reporting safety concerns or unusual incidents to school officials, interacting professionally with students, parents, staff and visitors, and following all Fayette County Schools safety procedures and campus protocols.
Fayette County Schools said the opportunity is open to qualified traffic management or security service providers interested in partnering with the district to help ensure a safe and efficient arrival process for students, families and staff.
