FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Fayette County teenager is charged with making terroristic threats after he finds out his girlfriend was cheating on him.
According to officials, on March 26, 2023, a General Manager of Wendy’s advised police that she was going to terminate an employee and wanted police present. The manager says that Samuel Walton came to work with a firearm the night before and was upset because his girlfriend was cheating on him. Walton told employees “that he was going to kill the boy.” He also pulled out a gun and placed it on a box.
Police met at Wendy’s, and the GM terminated Walton for having a firearm on Wendy’s property. Police also said they noticed a bulge on his side and secured a mace pistol. Employees at Wendy’s say he had a real gun the night before, not the mace pistol. Walton was advised that he wasn’t allowed back on the property after being terminated from employment.

Walton allegedly told someone that he wanted to shoot up Wendy’s that much more after he was terminated. Employees told police that a few nights later, they saw a vehicle matching what Walton was supposedly driving but couldn’t see the driver.
Walton is charged with terroristic threats. He is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 10,000 dollar bond.
