FAYETTEVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Fayetteville Police Department is seeking the assistance from the public in identifying the subject shown in the photograph.
On the night of December 2, 2021, into the morning of December 3, 2021, based on video surveillance footage, the subject pictured allegedly committed a theft from inside the Kentucky Fried Chicken located in Fayetteville, Fayette County, WV.
Based on video footage and evidence from the scene, the subject, after walking into the store, found an opportunity when the employees were in the back completing their closing duties to hide in the building before the last door was secured. After time had passed, the subject resurfaced in the video wearing a face covering and then allegedly stole an undetermined amount of US currency as well as causing damage inside the store and exited the building through a window avoiding the alarm system.
