WEST VIRGINIA (LOOTPRESS) – Five establishments have moved on to the final round of voting in LOOTPRESS’ Best Wings of Southern West Virginia Contest.
There were 32 total nominees to start out the contest and the top five vote-getters of the first round will move on to the last round of voting.
First round voting closed Wednesday night at 11 PM.
The first round saw over 15,000 votes cast.
When the poll closed, the top five vote-getters were as follows:
- Fire Creek BBQ & Steaks – Fayetteville
- Long Point Grille & Bar – Mt. Nebo
- Pepper Junkies – Summersville
- Dabs Country Cookin’ – Princeton
- Grandview Diner – Grandview
These five establishments will compete to see who has the best chicken wings in southern West Virginia.
This poll will be open until Sunday, June 16, 2024, at 10 PM. The winner of the contest will be announced on Monday, June 17, 2024.
