BEAVER, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Emergency services were dispatched on Sunday after a motor vehicle accident in when a vehicle sustained a substantial drop over a hill.
According to the Beaver Volunteer Fire Department, at about 1:50pm on Sunday, the department was dispatched to a single-vehicle car accident involving two occupants.
The car is reported to have flipped over a hill at about 50 feet with both occupants inside. No fatalities were reported, and miraculously, both occupants had made their way out of the flipped vehicle having sustained only minor cuts by the time emergency services arrived at the scene.
Traffic control was conducted by the Beaver Volunteer Fire Department until a wrecker could arrive to retrieve the vehicle.
Additional resources were provided on-scene by the West Virginia State Police as well as Jan-Care Ambulance Services. All units are reported to have cleared the scene at 2:30pm.
