Beckley – Elijah Redfern and Keynan Cook each intercepted two passes and each returned one for a touchdown as Beckley rolled to a 39-12 win over Riverside Friday night at Van Meter Stadium.
Redfern also had his finger prints all over the offense, hauling in three passes for 71 yards and a touchdown.
Quarterback Maddex McMillen was sacked six times but completed nine of his 15 passing attempts for 141 yards, connecting with six different receivers.
The Flying Eagles move to 1-0 on the season and will host rival Greenbrier East next Friday.
