MCDOWELL COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – On Christmas Eve at approximately 8:28 p.m., deputies with the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported burglary in progress at the Twin Branch Dam Resort.
Upon arrival, deputies discovered evidence of forced entry into the establishment. Four individuals were apprehended at the scene and subsequently arrested.
The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office received assistance from members of the West Virginia State Police Welch Detachment during the incident.
The individuals arrested have been identified as Nicole Kennedy, April Hendricks, David Cline, and Troy Porter. All four face charges of burglary and conspiracy.
