Wyoming East 77, Oak Hill 43
New Richmond – Hannah Blankenship, Wyoming East’s lone senior, scored 11 points as the Lady Warriors defeated Oak Hill 77-43 on Senior Night Thursday in New Richmond.
Abby Russell led all scorers with 18 points while Colleen Lookabill pitched in 15. Kayley Bane rounded out the double-figure scorers with 11 points.
Taysia Gray led Oak Hill with 15 points while Samiah Lynch pitched in 12.
Wyoming East finishes the regular season with a 12-3 record and will host the winner of Saturday’s sectional clash between Bluefield and Summers County on Wednesday in the sectional championship.
Oak Hill falls to 7-12 and will travel to Greenbrier East on Wednesday in the sectional opener.
