Gardner – PikeView finished with a season-high 48 pass attempts Friday night, falling 55-26 against River View in Gardner.
Braiden Huggins converted 17 of those attempts for 241 yards and two touchdowns, throwing two interceptions as well.
His top target was Chase Mounts who caught six passes for 96 yards and both touchdown receptions.
Huggins and Peyton Mounts added rushing touchdowns in the loss.
PikeView (0-9) will travel to Nicholas County Friday to close the season, hoping to avoid its first winless season since 2012.
