MOUNT HOPE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The weather couldn’t have been more perfect for the 2024 Mount Hope Jubilee Parade.
The parade began at 10 AM and cruised through Main Street from Virginia Street to Kilsyth Freewill Baptist Church.
The parade saw many participants from Fayette County JROTC, Beckley-Stratton Middle School band, Mount Hope High School alumni, and many more.
Festivities continued into the late afternoon and featured activities such as a hula-hoop and rubber ducky contest.
Live music and multiple vendors were also on hand during the two-day event.
