CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – It has been announced that Get the Led Out will be bringing the studio Led Zeppelin experience to the stage this fall in a performance at the Charleston Theater.
Get the Led Out “A Celebration of ‘The Mighty Zep'” brings together six gifted veteran musicians intent on recreating the mythically impactful studio recordings of the mighty Led Zeppelin in a live setting.
Fans who were unable to catch the sea-changing British rock act in concert prior to their dissolution in 1980 will have the opportunity to experience a professionally honed approximation of the band’s recorded works through the upcoming performance, which is set to take place this November.
SRO Artists writes of the group, “Utilizing the multi-instrumentalists at their disposal, GTLO re-creates songs, in all their depth and glory, with the studio overdubs that Zeppelin themselves never performed. When you hear three guitars on the album…GTLO delivers three guitarists on stage.”
The show is scheduled for Saturday, November 9, 2024, beginning at 8:00pm. Tickets for the performance will go on sale to the general public on Friday and will be available through Ticketmaster.
Additional upcoming performances scheduled to take place in the Charleston area include those of Koe Wetzel – scheduled for September 4 – Foreigner – scheduled for September 23 – Dwight Yoakam – scheduled for October 4 – Zach Williams – scheduled for October 5 – Jelly Roll – Scheduled for November 1 – and Lainey Wilson – scheduled for November 3.
