Covington, Va. – Meadow Bridge jumped out to a 20-6 lead at halftime and went on to defeat Covington, Va. 46-30.
The victory was the 300th career win for veteran Wildcat head coach Steve Taylor and moved Meadow Bridge to 8-1 on the season.
Kiersten Rozell led Meadow Bridge with 13 points, while Sierra Simmons scored 11, including three from behind the arc. Riley Roberts added eight points.
Lauren Bragg led all scorers for Covington with 23 points.
Meadow Bridge hosts Hundred Saturday.
