Gardner – PikeView held Independence to two points in the first half of Tuesday’s sectional opener, beating the Patriots 81-12 in Gardner.
Hannah Perdue led the way with 26 points while Anyah Brown add 14 and Christina Hale 15. Alyssa Daniels led Indy with 6.
Independence finishes its season with a 6-13 record. PikeView improves to 13-7 and will host Shady Spring in the sectional championship on Thursday.
