Greenbrier East 58, Princeton 29
Fairlea – Class AAA No. 1 Greenbrier East moved its record to 10-0 with a 58-29 win over Region 3 rival Princeton Friday night inside the Spartan Gym.
The Lady Spartans led 12-6 after one quarter, but opened the second quarter on an 11-0 run to separate the game.
Kennedy Stewart scored a game high 17 points to lead the Spartans, while Mackenna McClure filled up the stat sheet with eight points, 12 rebounds and five assists.
Hannah Fuller scored 11 points, 10 coming in the crucial first half to set the tone for Greenbrier East, and Ava Workman added nine.
Asia Collins scored seven for the Tigers and Emma Sands added six.

The Flying Eagles controlled the game from start to finish defeating AAAA Region 3 rival South Charleston 63-42.
The Black Eagles took the early 3-0, but never led again the rest of the night after the home team scored the next 13 points in a row.
Josie Cross scored 20 for Beckley (5-1 and Abby Dillon added 14 points. Zoey Williams scored nine.
Annaneisha Johnson led the visitors with 12 points.
