Independence 32, Meadow Bridge 27
Alyssa Daniels had a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds Wednesday to lead Independence to a 32-27 win over Meadow Bridge.
It was the third win in a row for the Patriots who also received seven points from Alli Hypes. Makaila Bolen had five points and six rebounds along with Sarah Bragg who also grabbed six boards.
Amber Stickler led the Wildcats with 11 points and Kierston Rozelle had seven.
Independence hosts Westside Thursday. Meadow Bridge hosts Mount View Friday.

Charmco – James Monroe outscored Greenbrier West 27-15 in the final quarter to pull away for a 63-48 win.
The two teams combined to shoot 79 free throws on the night.
Freshman Maggie Boroski led all scorers with 18 for the Mavericks, while Adyson Hines scored 11, Sarah Mann had eight and Mary Beth Meadows chipped in seven.
Preslee Treadway led the Cavaliers with 12 points and Meagan Poticher scored 10. Maddie Fields had nine and Raelyn Palmer scored seven.
James Monroe hosts Mount View Thursday and Greenbrier West travels to River View Friday.

Summersville – With Shady Spring’s leading scorer Kierra Richmond succumbing to an ankle injury in the second quarter her teammates carried the torch.
Braylie Wiseman scored 16 points to go along with 15 rebounds and seven steals as Shady Spring defatted Nicholas County 52-33 Wednesday night in Summersville.
Kylee Barnes added 12 points in the win, knocking down three 3s. Kendra Pizzino tosses in three 3s as well, scoring nine in the win.
Olivia Stone led Nicholas County with 16 points.
Shady will host Wayne on Friday.
