Lindside – Mercer Christian’s slow start doomed it for the second straight day as it fell 63-41 to James Monroe Tuesday in Lindside.
Adyson Hines led James Monroe with 19 points and 19 rebounds. Maggie Boroski added 17 points and seven rebounds while Haley Hunnicutt netted 10.
Kayley Trump led Mercer Christian with 20 points in the loss whole Ella Botts scored 11.
James Monroe (15-5) travels to Mdiland Trail on Wednesday.
