Welch – Leah Adkins dropped in 30 points and had five rebounds to lead Greater Beckley Christian past Mount View 66-61.
Destyni Farrish followed closely with 25 points, three rebounds, three assists and three steals.
Braelyn Farrish had nine assists, seven rebounds and four points, while Aislinn Pelfrey grabbed 13 rebounds and scored four points. Kalleigh Price finished with six rebounds and three points.
Ashanti Bonds led all scorers for the Golden Knights with 39 points.

The home-standing Tigers grabbed their first win of the season by outscoring county rival Independence 17-14 in the final period to take a 41-38 win Thursday.
Kendra Pizzino led the scoring for Shady Spring with 14 points, while Megan Hendrick and Peyton Raban scored eight points each. Raban also grabbed 13 rebounds and Hendrick hauled down 10 for the winners.
Lacey Goodson led all scorers with 23 points for the Patriots.

Karis Trump filled up the stat sheet for the Panthers scoring nine points, handing out seven assists and grabbing eight rebounds. Tylar Burks scored eight and Jaelynn Shrewsbury chipped in seven.
