Charleston – Morgantown maximized turnovers, scoring 21 points off of 10 Spring Valley giveaways to secure a 48-35 win Thursday at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center and with it, a spot in Saturday’s Class AAAA state championship game.
Morgantown will face off against the winner of Wheeling Park-Spring Mills on Saturday at 10 a.m.
Lindsay Bechtel led the charge for the Mohigans with 19 points while Lily Jordan netted 13 points.
Hallie Bailey and Haleigh Crum led Spring Valley in the loss with 12 points each.
