CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Governor Patrick Morrisey has appointed W.E. “Sam” Fox II to serve as judge on the 15th Circuit Court in Fayette County, filling the vacancy left by Justice Thomas Ewing.
Fox has been a partner at Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso, PLLC, since 1995. He serves on the West Virginia Wesleyan College Board of Trustees and works as an adjunct professor at the University of Charleston.
Throughout his career, Fox has tried approximately 35 cases to verdict in state and federal courts across West Virginia. He has also been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America.
Fox is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College and the West Virginia University College of Law.
