WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Trustee’s Sale of real estate and personal property located in Greenbrier County, West Virginia, is scheduled to take place on October 25, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the front entrance of the Greenbrier County Courthouse in Lewisburg.
According to a legal advertisement posted on West Virginia Daily News, this sale follows a default under a Deed of Trust originally executed by the Greenbrier Hotel Corporation in 2014.
