FAYETTEVILLE, W.V. (LOOTPRESS) – Active Southern West Virginia (ASWV) recently announced that one of its regular indoor programs, High Fitness, is back and accepting participants.
According to ASWV, an organization that works to strengthen southern West Virginia’s efforts to build a healthier and more active community through increasing opportunities and access to physical activities, High Fitness is a class for everyone.
The class incorporates interval training with pop music and intense easy-to-follow fitness choreography. High Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternatives between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.
ASWV’s Community Captain Sara Caldwell Edwards will be leading the classes on Thursday, April 15, and Thursday, April 22, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. The classes will be held inside the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Building located at 200 W. Maple Avenue in Fayetteville.
Participants must follow all COVID-19 social distancing guidelines and will be asked to sign an online waiver found here.
